This group will be a topic driven process group exploration of what it means to live a meaningful life. It will draw on elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
First 4 group topics:
Values clarification and values driven action
Emotions and committed action
The stories our inner critic tells and what to do about them
Mindfulness of the moment
A start date will be determined for a group once there are at least 5 interested group members. The maximum number of group members per group is 10.
